Mothra band update

We’ll be opening for an awesome act from Chicago next month, details coming soon. Also playing at Devonport’s Masonic Tavern on Sep 2nd for the first time in a looong time. Our old stomping ground.

Good progress is being made on the recording and our epic video, it will be worth the wait.

The songs will be mixed by a member of one of our favourite bands and influences, ever. New tees coming soon too !

Mothra band recording progress update

Well we have 4 drum tracks in the can so far, and we’ll be aiming to lay down another 3-4 tracks soon. Hugh ripped a ligament in his wrist playing tennis about a month ago but it is healing up now and he’ll be tracking guitars soon enough. Bass for one track was layed down tonight, sounding big, and good.

We’ll be playing at the Kings Arms on July 15th, it’s been a while!
