One sunny afternoon in early November 2024 over on the waterfront of Auckland I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie Vedder. As a young 12/13 year old I don’t think there is another musician who had more of an influence on what I wanted to do with my life. Read about it here. We released Decision Process 8 years ago today. Time flies. The next album and e.p are ready to be mastered, thanks for waiting so long. We open for Peter Mengede’s Hötchiwitch in April. Mengede needs no introduction, he founded Helmet, played on Meantime and Strap it On, and then formed Handsome with Tom Capone from Quicksand. We grew up listening to the Handsome album on repeat as well as Helmet. Hugh will be playing second guitar for Hotchiwitch as well as opening with Mothra. Make sure you grab a ticket here

The good news is we’ll be opening for Quicksand on December 16 at Auckland’s Mothership. One of our favourite bands of all time and biggest influences. If you don’t know this band, shame on you. This is their first appearance in NZ. Get a ticket here Thanks to Valhalla Touring and Waxstar Touring for making it happen.
The bad news is, due to an injury we have had to pull out of the show in Whangarei this weekend with Shepherd’s Reign. We were looking forward to playing this and hope to get the opportunity again. A bit slow to update this blog, but we’re playing this Friday August 11 at Big Fan in Morningside Auckland. This is our first live show for 2 and a half years, but rehearsals and songwriting have never stopped.
Also on the bill are Silcrow (playing their final show) Animalhead, Brackenwood Coven, and the Boondocks. We’re on at 9.45. Tickets and info available here. We have a large amount of new material to release soon.

Our debut album ‘Decision Process’ is out today. You can pick it up over here at our bandcamp and itunes.
